VEHICLE CAPACITY RULES

One person per seat belt in the vehicle will be permitted – this is a strict rule and overcrowded vehicles will not be allowed to enter!

PARKING IN THE VENUE

Parking locations are on a first come first serve basis. No oversized vehicles, commercial vehicles or RVs.

Smaller cars/sedans are strongly preferred to allow better viewing for all.

Larger vehicles will be parked in the very back rows or outer perimeter – no exceptions.

Doors to the Lexus Lot will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the show for parking. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth experience for all.

Special parking requests will not be accepted.

Doors to the lot will close 15 minutes prior to the start of the show and no vehicle will be allowed to enter past this time – no exceptions.

You are allowed to park backwards in your spot and sit in the back of a truck bed but all passengers must still arrive in own seatbelt.

Hatchbacks must not be raised any higher than the roof (maximum of 6 ft high) as to not block the viewing angle of the vehicles behind you.

Follow the instructions of the parking attendants and do not stray from their directions.

You may not leave early – once parked you must remain in your location until the entire show is over.

The speed limit on the lot is 5mph at all times.  PLEASE watch for our staff, ushers, concessionaires and security officers who will be on foot, bikes or in golf carts.

Drivers are responsible for making sure that all passengers stay inside the vehicle and that all guests follow the social/procedural rules and regulations.

SOCIAL RULES

You must remain in your vehicle at all times to view the show.

Vehicles will be socially distanced.

You may not leave your vehicle for any reason other than an emergency.

If you leave your vehicle for any reason you must wear a face mask.

You are allowed to have all of your windows rolled down to enjoy the concert.

Bring hand sanitizer and paper towels for maintaining cleanliness.

FOOD, BEVERAGE AND WASTE MANAGEMENT

This is a non-alcohol event.

You are allowed to bring your own refreshments – concessions WILL NOT be sold at event. Bring your own soft drinks and food.

Please do not leave anything behind in the parking lot!

Bring a trash bag and take all discarded items with you.

SMOKING

Smoking outside of your vehicle is not permitted.

DEAD BATTERY – NO PROBLEM!

Just find a staff member and we’ll send someone over to assist in jump starting your car.

PETS

Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited.

VEHICLE OPERATIONS

Car engines can tend to be noisy and emit unpleasant exhaust fumes.  Once you have parked, please shut your vehicle off as a courtesy to others.   If you are in need of air-conditioning, it is acceptable to run your engine for a short period of time to cool off.

If you need to run the stereo (at a low level) or interior lighting, do so in the ALT position to minimize the electrical drain.

THANK YOU

Thank you for your cooperation to insure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience! We hope to do more of these concerts in the future, and if we all work together, maybe we can! Stay tuned.
