San Diego’s leading broadcast group is looking for its next full-time on-air superstar and social media dynamo.  We’re not looking for an “announcer” or “DJ,” but a real standout personality who can entertain and multi task many responsibilities.  If you’re “normal,” we don’t want you!  On air, social media, video production, scheduling of music, and more.  To quote baseball…we are looking for a 5 tool player.  Must have:

• On-air experience with a winning track record
• Strong knowledge and experience with NexGen & Music Master scheduling
• Must understand general rules of programming
• Awareness of trends in the Radio Broadcast industry
• Creates and promotes Social Media
• Ability to complete assigned tasks and execute directives from Program Director
• Ultra creative, competitive, and social media monster
• Ability to work a full day
• Have a comprehension & connection to San Diego…prefer to be a “local”
• Salary Range $50k to $70k
